It is created when your customer record is opened and never changes. A new shipment simply appears on the same page — no waiting for a new link.
No password, no sign-up
The link itself is the key: just open it in a browser. It works the same on a phone, and the page refreshes on its own.
Ask your manager for the link
The link is not sent automatically. Write to your operations manager and they will share it right away. From there you are free to pass it to your own team.
