Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions our customers ask most. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer it.
Most of our volume runs on the Türkiye and Russia lanes. Beyond that we move cargo regularly with all of Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East, Asia (China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam) and Africa. If your route is not listed, write to us anyway — there is usually a solution.
Fill in the online quote form on the site: route, cargo type, weight and dimensions, approximate date. Our operations team prices it and sends you a formal offer. Sending a request creates no obligation.
On standard routes we send the offer the same day. For project cargo, out-of-gauge shipments or unusual routes the calculation may take a few days — in that case we tell you upfront.
English, Turkish, Azerbaijani and Russian — correspondence goes in whichever suits you.
No. On the Türkiye lane we run full loads (FTL) only — we do not accept groupage cargo on that route. From all other countries we carry both full loads and groupage.
Istanbul–Baku 6–8 days, Moscow–Baku 7–10 days, Europe–Baku 10–14 days. These include border and customs waiting time and may vary with the season and border congestion.
We do. Country permits, the TIR carnet and, where needed, special dimension permits are arranged by our operations team.
Yes. With reefer (REF) equipment we carry cargo between −25 °C and +25 °C. The temperature regime is recorded on the loading documents and logged en route.
Our main gateway ports are Poti (Georgia) and Bandar Abbas (Iran). We recommend the most suitable one based on the cargo origin and final destination.
Yes. We offer consolidation (LCL) — cargo that does not fill a container is combined with other shipments bound for the same port, and you pay only for the cubic metres you use.
China to Poti 28–35 days, China to Bandar Abbas 22–28 days, India to Bandar Abbas 14–20 days. That is the sea leg only; customs and the inland leg after the port are calculated separately.
Once the container's free storage period (freetime) at the port expires. We track that counter and warn you before it runs out, so no extra cost appears.
Usually: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the contract. These are prepared by the shipper and the consignee — export and import formalities sit on their side. Depending on the route, A.TR, EUR.1 or special permits may also be required; we give you the exact list before the shipment starts.
Freetime is the period during which cargo can be stored free of charge at customs or in port. We show the counter live on the tracking page from day one of the shipment.
No. We are the carrier — export and import formalities are handled by the shipper and the consignee through their own customs brokers. Our job is to move the cargo door to door, build border and customs waiting into the schedule, and watch the free-time counter for you.
All of the common ones, including EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CPT, DAP and DDP. Which one works best for you is something we settle together at the offer stage.
We e-mail it to you as soon as the shipment starts. The link opens directly and requires no password.
The page refreshes automatically. A status change appears on your screen as soon as the operations team enters it.
Yes. You can share it with your team or the consignee — no account is needed to open it.
