Cargo insurance
CMR liability does not cover the full value of your cargo — most people find that out after the incident. We explain it beforehand.
For every shipment we offer all-risk cover based on the invoice value of the cargo. The policy is issued before the shipment starts and sent to you.
If something happens, we run the paperwork: calling the surveyor, drawing up the report and filing the claim with the insurer. Your only job is to report the damage.

Questions about this service
It depends on the invoice value, the cargo type and the route. The amount is shown as its own line in the offer — there are no hidden costs.
Tell us immediately and take photos if you can. We handle the rest — the survey, the report and the claim to the insurer.
Usually not. CMR liability is capped by weight and may not cover the full value of your cargo. For valuable goods we therefore recommend separate cargo insurance.
