Project cargo
A transformer, a generator, an industrial press, a crane section — anything that does not fit a standard trailer counts as project cargo and needs engineering.
The work starts with a route survey: bridge capacity, tunnel height, turning radii and overhead line clearance are all checked. Then permits are obtained, escorts arranged and a lifting plan prepared.
Every project gets its own schedule and a responsible engineer. Crane work at the loading and unloading points is part of the plan as well.

Questions about this service
With modular trailers we move cargo measured in hundreds of tonnes. The real limit is set by the bridges and tunnels on the route — which we check in advance with a route survey.
Permits and escorts usually need 2–4 weeks. The earlier you come to us, the better the route can be optimised.
